Dear Client,
It’s important for me to be able to provide the best
experience at the studio for every client, and accurate
scheduling is an enormous part of that.
CANCELLATION
There will be a $100 fee for appointment cancellations
and/or reschedules that are not made within 24 hours.
(This includes sickness, child sickness, babysitter issues
etc.)
NOT confirming an appointment does NOT mean you are
canceling. When receiving confirmation text you can
either confirm, cancel or reschedule.
No-shows will need $100 deposit down for the next
appointment along with the cancellation fee paid.
By booking an appointment you agree to these policies.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES
There are no refunds on products or services.
If you are over 15 minutes late to an appointment you
are considered a no show.
You must agree to follow post-treatment instructions. If
these guidelines are not followed it will have an impact
on results.
It is strongly advised to use products recommended by
Esthetician. Using over the counter products will have an
impact on results of treatment.
